Rigwig Points – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Rigwig Points loyalty program (“Program”). By creating an account or using Rigwig Points, you agree to these terms.
- Eligibility: The Program is open to all registered Rigwig customers with a valid account. Points are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value except as stated here.
- Earning Points: Points are awarded on eligible product purchases at the rate of 1 point per £1.00 spent, calculated on the order subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, and excluded items). Points are credited when the order is marked as Completed.
- Bonuses: New customers receive a one-time bonus of 5 points on their first completed order. Customers also earn 5 points for each approved product review submitted while logged in.
- Redemption: Each point has a redemption value of £0.05. Points can be redeemed at checkout to receive a discount on future orders. Minimum redemption amounts or increments may apply as shown at checkout.
- Exclusions: Points are not earned on shipping charges, gift cards, or other items explicitly marked as excluded. Certain promotions or sale items may be excluded from earning or redemption.
- Returns & Adjustments: If an order is refunded or cancelled, the associated points will be removed from your account. If redeemed points were used on a refunded order, they may be re-credited.
- Expiry: Points may expire after 12 months from the date of earning unless otherwise stated. Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
- Program Changes: Rigwig may modify or terminate the Program, including earn rates, redemption rates, and eligibility rules, at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
- Abuse & Fair Use: We reserve the right to withhold or adjust points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or system error.
