1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
The item must be:
In its original condition
With all accessories, manuals, and packaging included
Unused (unless faulty)

Opened software or digital downloads
Consumables such as batteries, if used
Custom or personalized items

We will send you a Return Authorization and instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
If the item is returned used or damaged, a partial refund may apply.
