Can I leave a review without buying the product?
No. Only customers with a confirmed order can submit a review. This prevents fake reviews from people who have never used the product.
Will you remove my negative review?
Absolutely not. We believe every piece of feedback — good or bad — helps other shoppers make informed decisions. Negative reviews are never removed or hidden.
Can you edit my review after I submit it?
No. Once submitted, your review is locked. We cannot change, alter, or moderate the content of your review. You may contact us if you submitted in error.
How do I know a review is real?
Every review on our site comes with a "Verified Purchase" badge, meaning our system confirmed the reviewer placed a real order for that product.
What if a review contains offensive language?
Reviews containing hate speech, personal threats, or illegal content may be removed to comply with UK law — but we will never remove a review simply because it is critical of our products or service.
Can I attach photos to my review?
Yes. After delivery you'll be able to attach up to 5 photos from your order page. We strongly encourage photo reviews as they give the most honest picture of the product.
